Julia was born to Gemma Hautea and Martin Schnittka, a German. Her father left when she was still a baby. Her deaf mother raised her, with the help of her grandmother, Flory Hautea. Julia was a cast member of “Goin Bulilit” during her early years in showbiz. Gerald was born to Gerald Randy Anderson Sr., an American instructor in the Philippine Navy, and Evangeline Opsima, a Filipina businesswoman from General Santos City. He is the third of four (4) siblings. The Anderson family moved to San Antonio, Texas when Gerald was 3 years old, but moved back to the Philippines when he was already 14. Gerald was discovered by Joross Gamboa who later on introduced him to his manager, Jhun Reyes. Gerald joined the ABS-CBN Reality Show “PBB: Teen Edition”. After his stint at the Big Brother house, Gerald and his partner Kim Chiu, the PBB Big Winner, appeared in different TV programs of ABS-CBN and some TV commercials. Jed is the son of JC Roy, a church choirmaster and Agnes, an administrative assistant in a soft drink company. Jed is the eldest of three (3) siblings. He was only 5 years old when he started singing and had his father as his 1st voice coach. Jed earned his Business Administration Degree from the University of San Agustin in Iloilo. During his school days, he joined singing competitions and usually ended up, the winner. Jed passionately explored his artistic pursuits and performed in different places. The late Bella Tan caught one of the gigs of Jed and his band in a hotel in Manila. The record executive was impressed with Jed and wasted no time to sign him up with the Universal Records. Ana Karylle Padilla Tatlonghari or better known as Karylle is a multi-talented artist not only in the local biz but in other foreign countries as well. She became an official Kapamilya last 2008 and has released 4 albums entitled “Time to Shine”, You make me sing”, “Time for Letting Go” & “Roadtrip”. Aside from pursuing a career as a singer, Karylle also did three movies under Regal Entertainment namely “Mano Po 2: MY Home”, “Mano Po 3: My love” and “Dalaw and has had roles in a Television series such as the 2010 International Emmy Nominee for Telenovela “Dahil may isang Ikaw” and the asian musical tv series “Kitchen Musical." She starred alongside Christian Bautista in Rama Hari last year.
Award winning TV Host & Actor Luis Manzano is the son of Vilma Santos & Edu Manzano. Luis started out as an endorser for the clothing brand “Human”. He then ventured in the biz as a TV Host under ABSCBN Management and is now the longest active VJ in the music channel MYX. Singer-songwriter acoustic princess, Princess Marie Velasco was best known in rearranging songs into acoustic versions that are almost impossible to pipe up by no uncommon musicians. Primetime’s newest leading man, Enrique Mari Bacay Gil was officially welcomed to ASAP in 2010 as a member of ASAP Giggerboys. He was launched as a member of Star Magic Batch 16 and had his first big break when he played the role of Michael Miranda in the remake of hit teleserye, Mula Sa Puso. He was also considered as one of Cosmo’s Hottest Bachelor of the Year in 2011. At present, Enrique just finished the most successful teleserye of today, Princess and I, and is expected with more endearing projects this 2013. Now an ASAP Boyfriendz member, Enrique never fails to surprise his princess-wannabes with his prince-like charm seen in his performances on ASAP18.
Singer, Performer & Actress Vina Morales was dubbed as the “Ultimate Showgirl”. Her first film debut was “Nakagapos na Puso” where she co starred with Lead Actress Sharon Cuneta. Vina also appeared in “Utol kong Hoodlum”, had a dual role in the movie “Anghel na Walang Langit” and “The Sarah Balabagan Story”. She has recorded albums and performed live concerts here and abroad. In 2002, she co hosted a series of Philippine Shows with Martin Nievera in the U.S and Canada. In 2003, She was also chosen as the first Filipino to sing at the New York International Music Festival held at the Palms Hotel in Las Vegas. He was part of the Star Circle Kid Quest: Search for the next kidde Idol in 2009 and was announced as the grand winner. He starred in numerous Kapamilya teleseryes and movies, and won the Best Festival Child Performer in the 37th Manila Film Festival for his role in Shake Rattle and Roll 13. Bugoy has also starred in his own fantaserye and Philippine TV’s first robotserye, E-Boy in January 2012. Teleserye princess Erika Chryselle Gonzales Gancayco a.k.a. Erich began her career when she won ABS-CBN’s reality talent search, Star Circle Quest in 2005. After appearing in several movies and Kapamila teleseryes, Erich finally got her biggest break when she landed the role of Nene in “Katorse”. She also did indie and digital films such as “Paano Ko Sasabihin”, “Noy”, and marked as a cursed human in “Corazon: Ang Unang Aswang”. She became part of ASAP Fanatic in 2005 and was officially welcomed in ASAP in 2009. She made another milestone with the success of “Suddenly It’s Magic” with Thai heartthrob actor Mario Maurer and her flourished excellence in acting, singing and dancing are seen everytime she performs in ASAP. At present, she plays a challenging role as she explores action with Coco Martin in Juan Dela Cruz this 2013.
Jessy was born of Filipino parents and she is the second of three (3) siblings. She studied college in Far Eastern University in Manila. Jessy was one of the 18 new talents launched by ABS-CBN under Star Magic Batch 15. She joined the cast of Star Magic Presents: Abt Ur Luv when it was revamped to Abt Ur Luv Ur Lyf 2 in 2007. She landed a role in “Sineserye Presents: Natutulog Ba Ang Diyos?”. She played minor roles and guested in many kampamilya shows, until She portrayed the lead roles in Maalaala Mo Kaya's "Marriage Contract" episode and in the "Kakambal Ko'y Manika" episode of Wansapanataym. Her biggest break came in 2010, when she played the lead character in the remake of “Sabel”. Jessy, afterwards, was paired with Gerald Anderson in the kapamilya top rating serye, “Budoy”. Mendiola joined ASAP Rocks in 2011. She is the lead actress in the “Precious Heart Romances Presents: Paraiso”. Watch out for Jessy in the upcoming ABS-CBN series “Against All Odds”.
John’s father hails from Manila while his mother is from Pampanga. He is the older brother of actress & former child star, Camille Prats. He is a graduate of Business Management at the Thames International Business School. John joined the youth afternoon program, “Ang TV” and the original “Gimik”. He became part of “Whattamen” and a regular at ASAP in 2002. In 2006, he joined the “PBB: Celebrity Edition Season 1”. Although he did not win the top prize, his stint inside the house paved the way for his other shows including “Parekoy”, and “Banana Split”. He is a regular host of “Banana Split: Extra Scoop” John is a member of ABS-CBN’s Star Magic Circle. Aside from acting, he is also busy supervising and managing his real estate business, a Build & Sell venture. He also owns a billboard printing business called DYNAMITE PIXOGRAPHICS, INC. Juris has an engineer for a father and an obstetrician-gynecologist for a mother. She’s the younger of two (2) siblings. She finished a degree in Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Miriam College in Manila. She is, presently, taking up a Master’s Degree at the Ateneo De Manila University Juris launched her recording career, as the breakthrough lead vocalist of the acoustic group MYMP in 2003. In 2009, she became a regular in ASAP, as a member of ASAP “Sessionistas”. It was also in the same year that she announced that she is leaving “MYMP”. Since then, Juris' songs have been used in several kapamilya teleseryes, including her version of "Minsan Lang kita Iibigin" and "Di lang Ikaw". She was also the voice behind the theme song used for movies "Now that You're Gone" and the Box Office Hit “No Other Woman”.
Maria Kristina Cassandra Cuneta or better known as KC is a multi-talented artist who is the daughter of the the famous 80’s heartthrob Gabby Concepcion & Megastar Sharon Cuneta. KC is a graduate of the American University of Paris with a degree in International Corporate Communications with a minor in Theather Arts. KC started out as an MTV VJ in 2003 & made her first movie under Star Cinema entitled “For the First Time”. She has won several awards for the film such as The 6th ENPRESS Golden Screen Awards Breakthrough Performance by an Actress,the 25th PMPC star awards for movies New Movie Actress of the year & 3rd Gawad Genio Awards Best FIlm Debut Performer. Her other movies include “I’ll be there” together with her real-life Father & “Forever in a Day”. KC also played the lead role in the remake of Lover’s in Paris together with Piolo Pascual. Right now, she is one of the co-hosts in the Sunday Talk show “The Buzz”. Apart from being an actress, she was also appointed by the United Nations World Food Program as a National Ambassador Against Hunger last 2008. Aside from hosting, Nikki also ventured into acting and became a part of the anime inspired fantaserye “Rounin” & the drama series “Pangarap na Bituin”. She also did her first movie appearance in the Movie “One More Chance” and had a role in “And I love you So”. In 2012, she became part of the Film-TV Remake of Salvador Royales' Mundo Man ay Magunaw as Jennifer La Pena In 2013, she will become part of the upcoming remake of the 1996 film Ikaw Naman Ang Iiyak as the lead role Elaine Sarmiento originally played by Dawn Zulueta in the film.
